This training course consists of four days

It is given by a pair of trainers, an elected official (also president of the CAUE) and a technical services manager, who will help you to :

• acquire the right reflexes and behavior when dealing with elected representatives;
• understand the challenges facing local authorities and the players involved in the decision-making process;
• master the world of local government: partners and constraints:
• decode the public procurement process to respond more effectively.

Audience and prerequisites
Architects, urban planners, landscape architects, agency heads, public procurement managers in agencies, planning professionals, project managers in real estate development.

Teaching methods and techniques
Essentially based on active, participatory teaching, the course features detailed, well-argued and quantified presentations, practical case studies and real-life situations. It alternates between in-depth analyses and illustrative examples. The entire course draws on the unique professional experience of our trainers and key experts.
