Teaching and administrative mobility
Staff Mobility:
It allows teaching staff from higher education institutions (HEIs) to teach in a partner HEI abroad. Staff mobility for teaching purposes can take place in any academic branch or discipline.
Training Mobility:
This activity supports the professional development of teaching and non-teaching staff and the development of participating institutions.
It may take the form of training events abroad (excluding conferences) and job shadowing/observation periods/training at partner institution or other relevant organization abroad. A period abroad may combine teaching and training activities. The allocation of scholarships for staff mobility between countries participating in the program will focus primarily on teacher training mobilities that enable teachers to develop their pedagogical and curriculum design skills.
Administrative staff can also be hosted by their counterparts to exchange professional practices and become familiar with the methods and organization of foreign partner institutions. These trips help to improve the reception of foreign students through a better understanding of their home environment.
